I have been using Just Hearing for over 20 years and the service has always been very good. Hayley has been extremely helpful and informative and my new hearing aids which she prescribed about one year ago have made such a difference and cheered me up enormously when I was beginning to give up hope of being able to cope in social situations. She provided very detailed information about different aids and which most suit my type of hearing loss including advice on additional aids such as a multi direction microphone and using the Blue Tooth facility and Phonak app on my iphone. The after care is also excellent with the aids being adjusted to changes in my hearing and a very efficient ear wax removal service. Worth every penny!
