I would recommend Just Hearing without hesitation. Hayley has been wonderful working with my elderly parents who live in a care home. She is exceptionally kind and understanding - my father has dementia and her manner is amazing. She is thoroughly professional and has both supplied fantastic hearing aids and continues to maintain my mother’s older ones. She seems to carry everything in her bags and problems just melt away! I have been using Just Hearing for over 20 years and the service has always been very good. Hayley has been extremely helpful and informative and my new hearing aids which she prescribed about one year ago have made such a difference and cheered me up enormously when I was beginning to give up hope of being able to cope in social situations. She provided very detailed information about different aids and which most suit my type of hearing loss including advice on additional aids such as a multi direction microphone and using the Blue Tooth facility and Phonak app on my iphone. The after care is also excellent with the aids being adjusted to changes in my hearing and a very efficient ear wax removal service. Worth every penny!
I can honestly say that Just Hearing have changed my life….after years of struggling with my NHS aids as a part-time user, Sarah Barlow, and now Hayley, both very experienced and caring audiologists, have spent considerable time making sure I have the optimum aids for my hearing loss. Hayley checked my failed right side Opn 1 and offered various options. I elected to get the latest Oticon Intent 1 hearing aids and was able to try them for a few weeks. They are terrific. Hayley provides excellent service, is friendly, patient and obviously very knowledgeable. I am very happy to recommend Hayley at Just Hearing.
